Is OnerChat really free of per-message fees?
Yes. OnerChat runs on your own server, so there is nobody charging per message or per conversation. The running costs are the server itself and, only if you turn on phone-number sign-in, the SMS codes. Google and Apple sign-in cost nothing.
Do my customers have to install something?
Yes, OnerChat is an app, like WhatsApp. It is free on iPhone and Android, and customers sign in in seconds with Google, Apple or their phone number.
Can we keep using WhatsApp as well?
Of course. Many businesses keep WhatsApp for first contact and move regular customers, quotes and orders into OnerChat, where the team can work together.
Where is our data?
On your server, in a standard database you can back up and export. Photos and voice notes stay there too. Nothing is sent to an advertising platform.
How many staff can use the dashboard?
As many as you need. Staff and admin accounts sign in on the web; admins also manage the catalogue and broadcasts.
